Possible Development Of “School Filed”

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Regarding possible development of “ School Field”.
Open village Parish Council meeting at 7.30pm, 26th November at the Crown Pub

The Parish Council has been contacted by Deanfield Homes who we are informed are in advanced negotiations regarding development of the land known as School Field , between the school and the Rec. We understand they have talked to the school and now want to talk to the Village and PC about all of this and their plans for the whole site .
The PC has no more information than this now, so have invited Deanfield to an open village meeting at the Crown on 26th November at 7.30. Mr Andrew Aldridge (Land Director) and Ms Victoria Roe (Senior Planning Manager) are attending for Deanfield.

This is an important opportunity for all of us to hear about the proposals and to hear village views. After Deanfield have left we will hold a village only meeting to get everyone’s views which will form the initial basis of the PC reaction and position.
